Memorable day

THANKS to kind and considerate Hexham torchbearer Angela Telford, three generations of our family had a memorable day at the Torch Relay event.
Having played her part in the Olympics, we came across her making her way home and, without hesitation, allowed us to hold and photograph our group and the Torch.
What a wonderful moment to end a lovely day.
Through your column, I would like to say thanks Angela. We wish you well.
