Discreet lights

I WOULD just like to say that I was in Hexham one evening recently and was very taken with the Christmas lights.
BBC weatherman Paul Mooney, Hexham mayor Coun. Rad Hare and Egger’s Jackie Watson join Santa Claus on the switch-on of Hexham’s Christmas lights.
The ones on the Sele, Beaumont Street, Market Place and Market Street are so discreet and pretty.
They are in keeping with the surroundings – not brash and flashy like some places.
Well done to whoever did them.
