THANKS to everyone who supported the recent Fairtrade events held in all four churches. A total of £1,167 was taken for Fairtrade goods, which supports producers, and £1,557 was taken for the Tradecraft charity which assists needy communities.

THE winner of the Ronnie Thorpe memorial darts competition was Graham Robson, who beat Ian White in the final. A great day was had by all and £270 was raised for the Great North Air Ambulance. Well done!
