Tynedale Hunt calendar girls!

THE foxy ladies of the Tynedale Hunt have broken cover to pose for a saucy calendar.
More than a dozen female members and followers are seen in the pink in the group’s 2013 calendar, with their modesty protected only by a few strategically placed tea cosies, saddles and items of hunting paraphernalia.
The calendar is being sold in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance.
The idea of baring it all for charity came from the hunt’s head groom, Claire Angus, who bravely dis-robed to appear in pictures alongside 14 other volunteers, including supporters’ club committee chairman Val Armstrong and hunt secretary Catherine Leech.
Claire said the shooting was awkward at first, but they all soon got used to it.
“I thought it was a fantastic fund-raising idea, especially for the air ambulance which is relied on a lot for horse events and our hunt,” she added.
“It was amazing how much we were chatting to each other and the experience brought us all closer together – even though it was really cold!”
The photographs were taken by hunt member Verity Johnson, showing members aged 18 up to 65 striking a pose with everything from bikes, teacups and saddles, in scenes depicting the hunting year, including The Hunt Tea, Hound Exercise, Tack Room and The Hunt Ball.
The calendar is already being chased down with terrier-like enthusiasm by hunt members, with 140 being shifted in just four days.
