Children at the Vineyard Junior and Infants School in Richmond have been learning all about food, glorious food this week with top cookery writer and broadcaster Sarah Brown.
They have been on board the Cooking Bus as part of a food education campaign run by the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
According to the society, only 38 per cent of children can't cook a jacket potato in the oven and more than 60 per cent of 12-year-olds have never boiled an egg.
The bus opens up to the size of a classroom as a practical cookery unit.
