YoungsRPS, an estate agent based in Priestpopple, Hexham, has shared just a few of the most recent homes listed for sale on its site this week.

We rounded up four of its latest homes for sale, which are all located within the Tyne Valley.

This stunning three-bed semi-detached house for sale in Allendale, Hexham is on the market for £250,000.

A four-bed semi-detached house for sale in Mount View Terrace, Stocksfield is selling for £375,000.

With a large garden and west-facing sunroom, the property's kitchen is described as 'modern' while the living room is 'bright and inviting'.

A 'superb' and 'extended' 1930s three-bed semi-detached house for sale in Shilburn Road, Allendale is on the market for £325,000.

Last but not least, a 10-bed detached home is selling for £400,000 at Thornley Gate, Hexham.

Once a historic home, it has been used recently as a residential home. However, it could be converted back into a single residential dwelling as it used to be.
