A GROWING concern for a man's welfare has alerted police to an address in Haltwhistle.
Police were called around 2.45 on Tuesday, October 10 and are currently on the scene.
A spokesman said: "At about 2.45pm today (Tuesday) we received a report of concern for the welfare of a male in the Newholme Avenue area of Haltwhistle.
“Emergency services are at the scene.”
