THE following applications for planning consent have been lodged with Northumberland County Council’s west area planning team.

Corbridge: Robert Kane , Application for notification of prior approval: change of use of agricultural building to dwelling house (class C3) and associated operational development at land at Roecliffe, Ladycutter Lane, ref. no 14/01660/PA. Tim Anderson, variation of condition 2 of planning permission: 13/02873/VARYCO; Revisions to design and layout of the site and design of the four dwellingson land north east of Lumley Cottage, Main Street, ref. no 14/01423/VARYCO. David Taylor, replacement of the existing single glazed timber sash windows on the north and south elevations, replacement of the existing casement windows on the east and south elevations and replacement of the door combination door set on the north elevation. Hexham: Mrs Rodrica Straker, provision of a replacement wood effect fully insulated building for dog kennels, storage, wc/wet room and office at Greenshaw Plain House, Greenshaw Plain Road, ref. no 14/00974/FUL. Miss Marion Hall, demolition of existing garden storeroom and construction of new garage and vehicular access at 5 Tynedale Terrace, ref, no 14/01500/FUL. Mr Pyle, works to trees in a conservation area - fell two Lawson cypress trees and reduce crowns of two hollies by 40% at Struan Lodge, Highford Lane, ref. no. 14/01514/TREECA.
