THE following applications for planning consent have been lodged with Northumberland County Council’s west area planning team:

Cambo: John Anderson, prior notification for a steel framed general purpose agricultural building on land south west of Well House, ref. no 14/02193/AGRGDO

Corbridge: J. Swanson, variation of condition 2 relating to planning permission 13/01747/FUL (demolition of an existing health centre building and the construction of four dwellings with associated garages, hardstanding and landscaping). Variation relates to the garage to plot one being extended at the front and rear and a timber shed added to the rear garden at former Corbridge Health Centre, Manor Court, ref. no. 14/02179/VARYCO. Egger Uk Ltd, Non-material amendment relating to planning permission 12/02154/FULES (demolition and replacement of an existing chemical plant)- Amendment is submitted as the works covered by the original approval have been carried out on site and the application highlights areas which have varied from the original information at Egger UK Ltd, Anick Road, ref. no 14/02259/NONMAT.
