NORTHUMBERLAND County Council has received these 27 planning applications.

Bingfield Trevor Watson, proposal to rear pheasants on annual basis, utilising the field from mid March when sheds, shelters and runs are built, with the birds arriving late April to end of August, when the field will revert to its current use for grazing sheep on field near Pheasant Rise, ref. no. 14/00378/FUL.

Broomhaugh Anne Reeves, listed building consent to install energy efficient gas combination boiler with attendant new flue at Stable End, ref. no. 14/00055/LBC.

Corbridge Ben Harrison, proposed solar pv array and substation building on land south of A69 Deadridge Lane, ref. no. 14/00388/SCREEN; Jim and Malcolm Mattinson and Foulis, proposed ground floor extension to 3 Cliffe House, Tinklers Bank, ref. no. 13/03674/FUL; Ian Carr, listed building consent for new dormer window to the west elevation (window W9), forming a new opening in the south gable with new window (window W21) and change of window specification to the east elevation (windows W12 to W16). Other proposed works shown on drawings remain unchanged from those in listed building approval ref:20090947 at Bridge Bank Cottage, ref. no. 14/00261/LBC.

Thorngrafton Kathryn Rushworth, change of use of existing paddock (app. 3.5 acres) from agricultural use to allow the grazing of horses; erection of a timber stable block comprising three stables, a tack room and small hay store at Thorngrafton Farm, ref. no. 14/00207/FUL.
