SATURDAY will see striker Chris Winn line-up against his former club Prudhoe Town for the first time since his controversial move to Ryhope CW.
The hot property publicly declared his love for the Tyne Valley club at the end of the 2011-2012 season in which he plundered 36 goals, saying he wouldn't leave the club despite attracting attention from Northern League clubs.
Just a matter of weeks later, however, he had jumped ship and agreed to join Ryhope who had achieved promotion to the Northern League!
While his new team finished second in the higher division, they were demoted back to the Wearside with problems over the ground to set up an anticiapted reunion with his former employer.
Elsewhere, Stocksfield are hoping their good performance in the cup win at the weekend will carry over to the Northern Alliance Premier Division clash at Walker Central, while Wallington have a trip to Seaton Delaval Amateurs to look forward to.
Heddon have the opportunity to move off the bottom of Division One as they host a Willington Quay Saints side struggling for momentum too.
After shipping 10 at the weekend, Hexham will look for marked improvement when they travel to high flying Cramlington Town and Ponteland United hope to kick start their season with a visit of Gosforth Bohemians.
Chopwell can knock Division Two leaders off their perch when they make the journey up on Saturday, while Ryton and Crawcrook Albion are in Durham Challenge Cup action as they go to Easington Colliery.

A workman was buried alive while digging a drain in the Prudhoe Urban Council's housing estate at Oaklands.
Workmates rushed to the aid of 50-year-old Richard Barclay, of Stocksfield, when the wall of the trench he was digging collapsed.
They managed to dig his head and shoulders free before finally pulling him from the earth. He was found to be suffering from shock and bruising.
