SEEING off the challenge of runners-up Greenside II by 41 runs, Tynedale II secured the Northumberland and Tyneside Senior Cricket Division B2 title.
With both teams already promoted, the outcome of the game would decide where the championship headed and it made its way back to Hexham with the jubiliant team.
Meanwhile, Tynedale's first team went down at old enemy Shotley Bridge by five wickets to finish the season in the bottom half of the A1 table.
Ponteland lost at home to champions Swalwell, while B1 champions Ponteland II ended with a victory over Swalwell II.
With the Northumberland Cricket League Division One title already in the bag, Corbridge haven't taken their foot off the gas as they defeated Hebburn at the weekend.
In the Premier Division, Stocksfield lost to Clara Vale and Kirkley were defeated by Blyth.

A workman was buried alive while digging a drain in the Prudhoe Urban Council's housing estate at Oaklands.
Workmates rushed to the aid of 50-year-old Richard Barclay, of Stocksfield, when the wall of the trench he was digging collapsed.
They managed to dig his head and shoulders free before finally pulling him from the earth. He was found to be suffering from shock and bruising.
